Russian troops now survive only on drone drops as supply lines collapse.
Russian assault units have begun starving in place as Ukrainian drones cut off every viable supply route. Commanders continue pushing troops forward for the sake of optics, refusing withdrawals even when positions are tactically meaningless. As a result, small Russian groups sit marooned in shattered trenches, living off improvised drone drops of chocolate bars and water pouches. The army pretends these are “heroic footholds,” but the reality is slow attrition by hunger, fatigue, and psychological collapse. Every attempted resupply run is shredded by Ukrainian FPV strikes, turning logistics into suicide missions rather than support operations. What Moscow calls determination is, in truth, the systematic abandonment of its own soldiers to starvation.
