Back to stone age: Russians have no electricity, no heat, no water
Electricity went out across Russia’s heartland just as Washington prepared to clear one of the most decisive weapons transfers of the war. Ukrainian missiles struck deep into Russian infrastructure, setting power plants ablaze and cutting transport and industrial grids across multiple regions. These strikes served not only as retaliation, but as a calculated demonstration of capability. With the Pentagon finalizing the handover of Tomahawk cruise missiles, Kyiv signaled exactly what it could do once the range of its strikes expands. Russia now faces the possibility that no distance within its territory is beyond reach. The battlefield is no longer only in Ukraine — it is now inside Russia’s energy network itself.
